In order to receive the missing items you would need to submit an in-game ticket but only if your a subscriber. If not you would either need to sub so you can submit the ticket or use a 7 day trial from someone's referral link to subscribe.
You can also try calling customer service to see if they can grant you the items that way however most likely it will require a in-game ticket. If you want to try to call their information is below:
