I haven't played SWTOR in years and decided to get back on and play with a new character to relearn the controls. Went to make a Twi Lek Marauder only to discover I don't have access to it even though I remember buying before I stopped playing and still have a Twi Lek toon on the shadowlands server. Can anyone tell me why I don't have it anymore?

They have given me 600 Cartel coins to re-purchase it so its been taken care of thx to everyone who helped me out in getting this taken care of

if the item was never used, it would be still in the unclaimed section of the cartel market (which can only be claimed from the character who bought it) or it is in the inventory of the deleted character.

they should give you the character back or just grant you the unlock as you paid for that with cartel coins back in the days.

I have claimed and used it I have two Twi Lek toons already and went to make another one when I decided to play again and didn't have access to them

did you start on a new server?

the unlock is only legacy bound so only for the server you played on before and not a new one

I purchased the Twi Lek Race and created a Imp agent, From what I understand if my Twi Lek Imp reaches level 50 This will unlock to other servers for example?

no, the level 50 unlocks are only per legacy (per server) and do not carry over to other servers.

The only races that are unlocked account wide when purchases from the cartel market are Cathar and Togruta.

The other races are only legacy/server wide and need to be unlocked for other servers respectively.
