Missions have Vanished

All the missions I had (tracked and untracked) have vanished from the mission log. I press L, open the log, and nothing is there, nothing at all. Every single mission has vanished completely. I can't even start the Iokath mission after beating Vaylin and becoming Empress because that's gone now, too. I tried logging out and back in, but nothing changed. It seems to only affect this one character so far.
