the FAQ solution does not help me at all, because i cannot log it without the security key, the suggestions contradict themselves...

To attach the new security key you will need to remove any existing ones first

In that FAQ guide towards the bottom it details how to remove a key if you have lost it follow those directions first

Ah, never mind, I lost my password AND security key... this is a bigger issue altogether.

If you are missing both password and key a 5 -10 minute call to CS will get it sorted (Link to numbers)

Thanks man, really appreciate the help. But I was here a long time ago and i found information that the SWTOR account is now linked to the Origin(EA) account so they have the same password but one has a logon name set to the display name the other is e-mail, so that was confusing. Everything works now, cheers!

Hi, i have the same problem. how can we remove the security code? there is no option like "lost your security key". here is screenshot

ok, update. the launcher still has this option but it just redirects to the support page with no other options

If the link is not there, CS can remove the key over the phone (Link to numbers) once you are verified as the account holder
