My account has been removed

Hello my name is Benoit.

I've been playing for only 1 week, i even became a sub and buy a pack on the cartel market. I've been playing solo all this time and i think i talk to someone in game only once to ask how to go in the lower industrial something in Nar Shadda.

Today when trying to log into my account i go a message saying that i receive a important email and that i cant log in game anymore so i go look at my email and i read that my account has been remove because you guys think by whatever reason that i try to sell, buy or auction my account!!!

How I'm suppose to try to do that when i start playing 1 week ago, even put my own money to the game because i enjoy it? Did you banned me because i play a lot and lvlup fast? I'm a single dad and need to stop working to take care of my 5 years old son so yeah i have a * load a free time so what??? Why you play like that if you have to take care of you son you will say to yourself.. well my son is 5 near 6 years old and go to school half a day.. If you look my play time its during school day and the night when he sleep..

Seriously i hope you guys gonna put your thing together because after 1 week of playing i already got my account banned and not really sure if i wanna continue playing this good game...

    You should be able to send an email to swtor account disputes, because it your amount of time played should not be an issue (I've played many hours in a day, have cut back recently, but used to play a load). They should be able to sort it out for you (the email address escapes me at the moment, but I am sure someone will come in and post the address , they usually do).

    72 hours and still no email... Well i got one from support that ask me to contact them by phone but when i call them they say i need to email them... Go figure..

    I guess my only option is to start a new account or change game..

    Make sure this is the email address used , swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com  sounds like they have locked the account
