my forgot password does not send an email
I've done forgot display name and i get an email message telling me my display name but when i do forgot password i get nothing sent to me ive done it and tried for hours i dont know whats going on. ...

if the email isn't in the spam folder, best to call swtor support when the lines are open, and update the email to another email address
I was told they tried every method to trying to find out a way to get me to get the E-mail. i get every E-mail besides the forgot password one. they never seen or anyone else doesn't have this issue i'm gonna assume. so I was told just make a new account </3
I made that account at like 2008 i think and been playing the game randomly over the years so i just lose everything... it's really upsetting
