my forgot password does not send an email
I've done forgot display name and i get an email message telling me my display name but when i do forgot password i get nothing sent to me ive done it and tried for hours i dont know whats going on. ...

I was told they tried every method to trying to find out a way to get me to get the E-mail. i get every E-mail besides the forgot password one. they never seen or anyone else doesnt have this issue i'm gonna assume. so I was told just make a new account </3.....
I made that account at like 2008 i think and been playing the game randomly over the years so i just lose everything...... it's really upsetting
not sure who told you to make a new account , as mentioned
if the email isn't in the spam folder, best to call swtor support when the lines are open, and update the email to another email address
I just called back and it was the same guy he said that he couldn't understand me because my phone sound like static and i that i need to call back
Just called again went through the same prosses and was told just make a new account.. this sucks sooo dang much
