My subscription is gone after only few days

Greetings everyone

Seems like I have a little problem with my subscription.
Few days ago I bought a 30 days subscription. I log on to the game and everything was fine but I didn't get my Cartel Coins so I decided to write a ticket to ask Game Support if it's just a common problem and I simply need to wait or is it a real issue and it's good that I contacted them. Day has passed and after the school I decided to go and do some heroics. I log on to the game and seems like I'm a preffered status again and my subscription is simply gone. I'd like to get some help because I'm unable to contact any of the game support. I can't write on the offical forum because it's only for subscibed players. I can't contact you by using a mobile phone because seems like it's also only for subscribers (not having to mention that english is not my main language and I would have massive problems to communicate with an english support). So what should I do now? Where have my money went?

    First make sure you are looking on the right Account.

    Second if Calling is to Expansive look at the VoIP Options,

    the CS is there for all Billing and Account Problems, and regardless what the Game/ HP shows you if you paid you are an Subscriber.

    They should be able to help you with bad English as well, only make it clear from the Start that you are not an native Speaker.
