if you provide the swtor username i can check the account for issues and if your email arrived ok , response will be in about 8 hrs when support are online for the day
@proxos666 SWTOR Username: DavieSparkles. I just emailed the screenshots and a quick explanation. My email for Steam and EA are different, so I think that may be part of the problem but who knows.
