My SWTOR sub was auto-renewed 4 days ago but I am still only prefered. Playing on STEAM.
 
I already sent a email with screenshot from STEAM to  [edit: email address removed] 3 day ago but still no response.
 
 
Can you give me what I paid for or return my money if you do not wan't them?

    @esorimr 

    the gametime was added to your account 

    if not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased when the gametime ends

    @esorimr 

    swtor account displayname ? need that to check the account for issues and they have your email

    if it has been 3 days , try resending the email with the screenshots ensuring it is sent from the email address on your swtor account
