Need EA to Verify my account to use my sub again.
Ok so apparently my account got suspended for suspicious activity for being AFK for a whole 45 minutes due to watching netflix and called customer support and they told me to email TOS which i did and it was solved within about 8 hours and they told me my account was good to go but i didnt have FULL control of my account and i had to contact EA to verify that im the true owner of my account. I have look for various ways and i cant simply access the EA "live Adviser Chat". It simply doesn't pop up for me when i ask for customer support. I mean if anybody could get me a phone number for EA so i can call them and tell them " Hey look i am the true owner of this account, can you please activate it again so i can stop wasting money and play the game for which i payed for". I just really need a number or anyway to contact them besides the Live Adviser Chat which i cant access. If someone can help me in this matter it will be much appreciated thanks.
