New assets being downloaded after new launcher patch today?

Just yesterday I had downloaded 4 GB of "Main Assets 221" and 12 GB was remaining (so it was totally 16 GB). Today when I ran the launcher, it said the launcher was being updated. After the update, i...

Ok so it seems I have downloaded enough to play in the initial planets. BR says the game is ready to play, but it is still downloading more files (about 51% is done). How much additional download is pending and should I start playing or wait?

Up to you if you want to play on the starter planets , but you wont be able to go elsewhere until at 100%

If its at 51% I would imagine there is still a fair bit of download left likely 10GB minimum
