New Epoch of Fear Bug [Spoilers]

So I started the New Epoch of Fear quest, and made it to the dreadnought. However, at one point in the mission I left and came back, and the instance reset...

Now it's telling me to "Speak to the mysterious figure", but the dialogue doesn't start. Instead he just tells me to "insert the command codes into the console". The game is not providing me with the option to reset the quest.

Is there a way to fix this?
