I spent lots of money on cartel coins and subscription and the only answer I have is to submit an in-game ticket :D
I have exactly the same issue as my thread says plus yes, i reached out to customer service via phone and the guy told me that "we're dealing with account billing issues only, please submit in game ticket", oh yeah? that's a great answer...
