thats great, but i deleted the character as instructed. Created another. watched the entire start sequence. Same thing happened again. now i have lost my free lvl 60 character token and i dont have a lvl 60 character in return
Delete the character, if you so much as farted and levelled it to Level 2, then bye bye token.
*(But they are as cheap as anything on the cartel to those of us that don't spend our cartels).
If , and only if... you did not level it and you have deleted the Level 1 character that it created, it 'should' refund your token.. play it smart, log out now, clean your room.. make yourself a coffee, and go all out on a sandwich, cold cuts, tomatoe, lettuce, cheese, some pickles and for the 'damn' flavor, add some 'chicken' potatoe chips for crunch.
Now login and give it another go.

Whilst i appreciate that you are spamming as many support threads as you can in the hope of earning free cartel token, im actually posting here in the hope of getting some assistance.
I know full well that levelling consumes the free token, but seen as it isn't possible for a freshly created lvl 1 character to indulge in missions that will allow you to gain levels on fleet i think we can assume that this isn't the issue.
Now, many hold fast with your further witty reportage and maybe leave the replying to someone from Bioware that can actually assist with the issue.

A: You do not wish to Look for the information already identified on the problem that you are having....
B:Do not understand that Bioware doesn't live here, as it's a collective EA forum, that covers everything from Spores - Battlefield...
C: Other Players are the ones that will reply, if you wish to talk to Bioware you will have to create an ingame ticket for ingame issues, or contact the Customer support team via the phone if it is an account issue.
And actually, if you have a load of mail awatiing on a new character, it is quite possible to get level 2 from checking your mail and using all the goodies you get, titles and whatnot, grant xp if they give you a codex entry.

Hey folks,
We wanted to get some information out about the issue you are experiencing. First off, there is a bug that can occur when you make a level 60 character, it instead creates it as a level 1 and places you on the fleet. Without going too technical, basically the game is moving faster than your account is, which is creating the issue. Here are a few important notes to be aware of:
With a lot of level 60s being made, there is an element of a bottleneck occurring. But do not worry, even if you experience the bug, the start at level 60 token is in no way lost. It may take some time to be restored but it will happen. Know that if you continue to make / delete characters without waiting for your account to catch up, you can exacerbate the issue. We are working to correct this as soon as possible, but the information above can work to potentially avoid it, or work around it. Thanks everyone. -eric |
