I don't have the security-key app anymore

I recently changed my phone and lost the old SWTORSK app, which I recently learned it's not supported anymore. But since I can't log in in my account without it, I need the support team to remove the security key so I can log in and can configure again the authentication app. The account name is @emetresudo.

    If you still have access to your email address and your password, you might be able to remove the security key without contacting the support team.

    If you go to the swtor website ( swtor.com) and only enter your username and password, and leave the security key field empty,  a new window should appear asking you to enter your security code, but on that same page, it would normally show " security key lost?", if you click on it, it will ask you if you want a One time password to be send to the email address linked to your account, and that will allow you to remove the security key :

    However, if you don't have the password, or if you are not getting the one-time password, then you would need to contact the SWTOR support

    Well, I can't call since I'm brazilian. I can't reach them besides here or Steam, but the Steam support will not help with the security key. So, basically, I can't access my account anymore forever. In the past we could resolve this issue with the click of a button, and since SWTOR has players outside US and Europe, the button to remove the security key and we log in in the account should return, because it's impossible for us outside the US and Europe to make a international call just to gain access of our accounts.

    Did you try to remove it from the launcher or the website? cause I think at the moment the "the lost security key?" is only available on the website 

    To contact support, you should be  able to  use VoIP software, I found a thread on how to contact from a different country

    So, for some reason the page asking if I lost my security key didn't appeared earlier. I tried again and now showed to me and I removed. Then said it didn't recognize the device and it would send me a one-time password. It take some minutes but came, I entered the password and now this is happening

    try a password reset , also brazil players need to do age verification too per
