No Search box in "Who" tab and unable to connect with friend

Correction. We figured out finding each other, but I still don't have a way to perform a who search ??

    Hey there! The "who" command/tab either requires you to be a subscriber or to be preferred status. I'd suggest adding your friend to your friends list for convenience.
