No Story mode for Battle of Rishi

My level 59 Jedi Sentinel is not given the story mode option for Flashpoint: Battle of Rishi. I am only given the options for Veteran and Master mode but those are too difficult for me. A friend of mine said you have to at least be level 55 to receive the story mode but I am well above that level. I'm just curious as to why at level 59 I am not able to choose the story mode?
