Unnecessary Purchase - Artifact Equipment Authorization (Account-Wide)

Hello,

I recently returned to SWTOR, eager to experience some of the new story, and purchased the Artifact Equipment Authorization (Account) from the Cartel Market for 2,700 Cartel Coins, thinking I needed it for my characters. However, after buying it, I realized that my account already had the authorization, making the upgrade unnecessary. There was no warning or any indication that I already had the authorization, and it appeared normally in the shop, so I thought I still required it.

Would it be possible to receive a refund of the 2,700 Cartel Coins for this purchase? The transaction was made on 2025-10-17, and the item is in my character's inventory. I've been a longstanding supporter of SWTOR, and would appreciate any help you could provide.
