I'll try another day, he was very polite but the connection was poor and was hard to understand tbh. He seemed clear though that I installed steam on a new build, re downloaded the game and was trying to log in and not getting the OTP.
I gather you checked junk mail just in case

Cool, I appreciate it. Miss playing just built a big AMD system to replace my 2012 build and itching to see how it does. I grabbed fallen order but I didnt realize it wasnt a MMO, so back to SWOTOR for my star wars fix. Thanks!
You will need to call swtor support (not EA support) they said OTP needs to be over the phone , they also could not see an email from the email address used on that account , if it was sent from a different email will be hard to find, but you need to call.
I got Tarun at SWTOR support and he had to change my email to what it was before, we got it working and I was able to get into the game and SWTOR website as well to doublecheck my account settings. Took some patience with both of us, but we got it. Thanks for your help too!
