Not getting OTP email - SWTOR

I recently tried to login to my account, the Username and password is correct but it's asking me for a Security Key. The problem now is, the phone that had my SWTOR Security Key is already lost, als...

    You will need to first remove the security key as per the steps in this guide here under the section "WHAT DO I DO IF I LOST MY SECURITY KEY OR CANNOT ACCESS IT".

    Follow those steps to receive a one time password to remove the old key. Then in the same guide are the steps to set up a new security key using your cycurre mobile device and the new security key app.

    If you are not receiving the one time password, see the steps for that in this guide here.

    If you are still having issues, then you would need to call customer service for further assistance in removing the security key from your account.  You can find their contact info and hours of operation here.

    If you are in a different country and calling is an issue, you can use a VoIP program like Skype or Whatsapp to make the call for free or at a discounted rate.
