Not recieving email to change password

Issue i been having is i cant seem to get the password reset to work with an old email. I know i'm using the right log in name because I found a old email that has that same log in name.  Is there a ...

    I tried calling all i got is all advisors are not available. Is there another way to reach out to support?

      you need to call when the lines are open during the listed hours, as the lines will be closed at the time you made your post
