One time password email not sending SWTOR

Question

I am trying to log into my Star Wars the Old Republic account on a new desktop. It is saying it will send a verification one time password email but it's been over 4 hours since that has been said and i still have yet to get that email. I can log into my EA account which is under the same email im just not getting this one time password email that is so essential to logging into SWTOR. Someone please help me&nbsp;

if you ring them when lines are open (link to numbers) they will provide a OTP to enter in case this issue is just temporary internet issue.

otherwise try changing the email address used

if you add a security key to the account when you get access back it eliminates the need to wait for a OTP email

I've checked every folder possible in my email account so that isn't it either. And I'm positive I'm checking the correct email address.
