One-Time Password Not Being Sent Through Launcher

Hello all, I'm a returning player who's gotten back into SWTOR, and I have a major issue.

I've been trying to get into the game for two solid days now, and the one thing that's preventing me is that dreaded One-Time Password. To save everyone from asking me the same questions over and over again: Yes I checked my junk folder, I've waited well over 15 minutes for the emails, and I've changed my email SEVERAL times to make sure my outlook email wasn't the only one having this issue.

The no-reply email is not blocked, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to change my email on the website in the first place. This issue is solely on the launcher, as the website's one-time password comes through just fine. I even tried to get a security key on my account, and that didn't bypass it in the launcher either.

I've literally run out of options, even emailed the support team even though they're probably not going to get back to me for another month (I'm exaggerating but it feels that way).

I need some honest to god help, and the only place I can turn to is you guys.

If you added a security key via the website , it shouldn't send a OTP with the launcher , only way i know of is they are different accounts

copy the username from the website login and paste it into the launcher and see ?

what is the swtor username ?

The first thing that pops up for me is that the username in the launcher could be different to the username in the web site ?

can you remove the saved name in the launcher and type it in again manually ?

I've done that several times, so I know it isn't that otherwise the game would just straight up tell me it's wrong.

I also made a test account to see if maybe I can get passed with that. I can. Which pisses me off even more because I had bought a subscription with that other account before that one-time password started blocking me from getting in the game.

@proxos666 The username is Killah-KiKi (I know, it's terrible lmao). I'll try that.

And I know it isn't just my laptop being an *, as I've tried logging into the launcher on my surface pro as well. It still prompted the one-time password.

@proxos666 All right. so. Your solution worked. It isn't Killah-KiKi

    It's Killah_KiKi.

I feel ... quite dumb :'D But thank you! You've definitely helped XDD
