I can't seem to login to the website. It says: 'Enter the One-Time Password sent to your email address' but I don't recieve any email.
I also tried to login with a different email/account and that seems fine but it won't work on my original account. It keeps showing the 'Enter the One-Time Password' screen.
I'm considering to subscibe but this problem prevents that.
Any help?
There seems to be a problem with some mail providers, deleteing automated mails insteadt putting them in an quarantine Folder.
Best way to go change the address to one from the same provider as on your second account.
If your Origin or EA account are Connected to your Swtor Account you can Change the address there.
If they are not you need to Call CS.
After that is done set up an Security Token.

I created a new SWTOR account through the official website and OTPW email came through (gmail). Origin EA emails also recieved. SWTOR and Origin email address are identical so it seems SWTOR website account seems to be the cause.
Also tried webmail (in my case Microsoft) but also no luck.
Try to contact support next.
