Please can everyone stop suggesting phoning because I'm not spending money on incompetence. And I can't switch my account to my g-mail since I can't log in because I need a one time code. And there is no point making a new account with my g-mail since I want to use my Hotmail account that I have spent money on.
For those with non gmail accounts that wish to try gmail to see if it gets your one time password. If your logging into the EA Answers HQ with your SW:TOR password and email go up to the top right and click your name and select EA Account. There edit the email associated with your account. This should propagate through all EA game accounts. Then go back to SW:TOR and attempt to log in again and see if the one time password comes to the new address.
