Can certainly understand the frustration on not receiving an OTP for swtor

this issue is not confined to swtor and is affecting emails going to Microsoft Servers , ie Outlook , Hotmail etc

I'm stuck with the same problem.
My historic account which trying to access is a nightmare.
I've changed my phone.
WHen I request a one time password it never arrives,
I emailed support who said they replied in game which still doesn't help as I can't get in game.
very frustrated.

Can you email support@swtor.com from the email address linked to that account ? you will need to get the security key removed so you can reset the password.
