Problem when redeeming a code

Hello
I recently bought the collector edition of SWTOR, it was all new with all the blisters.
When I enter the code for my collector edition bonuses it says that it's the collector edition and then I have to confirm but when I click on confirm it says ''Sorry you can't redeem this here''
I don't know what to do tried to speak with the support but they redirected me on their phone lines that I can't use because they are only actives when I'm at work
If anyone can help me thanks in advance

Send an email to mailto:support@swtor.com and provide proof of purchase and the code itself in the email

Tried that but they ask me to call their phone support but can't because of my work hours

I've called them and now they say that I have to make a ticket in game but I don't have a sucscription rn

emailing support@swtor.com is how to create a ticket, what is the swtor displayname and can ask why differing responses

They are actually just redirecting me each time if I call I must send an email when I send an email I must call ...
