Origin Deluxe Pack

I bought the deluxe pack through origin for SWTOR. The purchase went through, and my paypal was charged. I get the code from origin, so I go to type it in in the redeem code section of the SWTOR website. I type it exactly as shown and have also tried to copy and paste the code from origin to there. However, I can't continue past this step because the continue button is grayed out. Has anyone else had this problem?
