Original Security Key Battery is Dead
I pre-purchased this game waaay back when and got the security key generator. It's battery is dead and I can't log in now to remove it because it doesn't work.

Have you tried the removal steps in http://help.ea.com/en/article/swtor-security-key-faqs/ ?
leave the key blank , if the username and password are correct you should go to a page with a removal link as seen at https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/INFO-SWTOR-Security-Key-Issues/m-p/4833445#M102

Is there a manual for changing the battery for the keychain? I like the keychain and don't want to give it up.
