OTP lockout - swtor no-reply can't send mails to Outlook even with safe-senders
I think either EA or whoever maintains SWTOR, is incapable of getting mails through to Outlook.com, it appears to be a problem on the game company's side rather than Outlook, as I can receive mails fine on outlook from all other services, but not from swtor - however if i create a Gmail account I can receive the mails fine - And that would be all good and fine, if I hadn't subscribed on an account that uses Outlook.com by proxy of it being attached to my steam account from a long time ago.
I subbed - I was playing - and forgot to turn the security key on to prevent this issue from arising - not only that, but I was totally unaware of this issue. So now it demands OTP, I can't do anything about it, unless I contact some hotline.
That's unacceptable - Why can't you forward an automated mail to Outlook?? I put you in Safe Senders and everything, but I still get nothing. I'll forgive that - but that shouldn't be a thing lol
You basically robbed me, smh - You should give people an urgent message to set up that security key immediately - I spent 30 dollars or something on getting locked out of the game, and treated to a phone call I can't be bothered to make, because you don't have a chat support - How is this even possible 😂
I don't have these authentication problems in anything else, I don't understand how this is possible - Please fix your systems and figure this out, that can't be worth much more than a months subscription 🤣
Also, even creating a new account on an Outlook email fails to produce any verification emails for the new SWTOR account, it's completely borked lol
MORE OVER, I can't unlink an account I'm locked out of from Steam lmao, what the fuu- guys, meaning even if I made an ew working one I couldn't link it to my Steam. (When the security is just 'that' good)
