Hey there! As it states in this article you end up losing Guildmaster status automatically after a certain period of not logging into the game on your Guildmaster character. If you end up losing Guildmaster status, whoever ends up obtaining it is the new owner of the guild. My guess is you were inactive for a certain period of time, it went to someone else, and they decided to kick everyone out. I'm afraid that nobody is able to do anything for you on this either, as once that guild fell to the next person, it became theirs. I hope this brings some clarity, and I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I understand how the guild leadership changes.
The issue is the entire guild has been removed / deleted, none of our members were passed off leadership etc. The guild, our ship and credits are all gone. Our friends list is also all gone.
Please help restore these things.
