Outfit Designer Head Slot Glitch

Hello, I logged in today to realize that my character is glitched in a way I cannot resolve. I think it started on Balmorra when your helmet is forcefully hidden for if you want to kiss Darth Lachris. I am now in Nar Shadda and when I click my 'outfit' button, My helmet becomes hidden. The "Hide Helmet" box is checked, but since I don't have access to that service, I can't uncheck it. So for the moment, I cannot make use of outfits and my head slot at the same time visually.

I would send an in-game ticket or post a bug report for this glitch, but I am a preferred status player and thus have no access to either. So in short, what should I do about this to 'uncheck' the 'hide head slot' option?

Other then trying the repair option above, or as @Ahrngrim mentioned subbing for one month then cancelling to get access you can also try to email support@swtor.com. If your not a sub that is the only support avenue available. Support via phone is not available either sub or non-sub.

It's a real shame that people who've spent hundreds of dollars on a game over the course of multiple years don't deserve to have basic access to customer support.

i know im REALLY late but i had this problem and i kind of fixed it by not opening the outfit designer

I am also late, but I know how to fix it. If you have a open slot for a outfit make a new one.
Then you can just remake the outfit and you will have the option unselected.
Or at least that's my solution.
