Paid for SWTOR Knights of the Fallen empire and never got it.

I paid $20 over Origin for the Star wars The Old Republic Knights of the Fallen Empire Origin Outlander pack, and didnt get the game or the code within 24 hours or even almost 2 days. I have tried contacting you guys over phone but it didnt work, and i would like the game i paid money for. I have given pictures of the receipt and the money taken out of account and what it was used for. contact me. I would like this game that i have paid money for. Also how long will it take EA to respond ive been trying for 2 days (card number i took out for purposes)
