I paid via paying card insta payment. I did not recieve subscription yet I lost the money. Maybe they should stop taking people's money for nothing? This is some kind of vicious circle trap EA set for us here. I want to subscribe to the game, I cannot and in order to send the ticket about my problem I need be subscriber in the first place and my money was grabbed... this is ridiculous!

same applies to you , you need to send uncropped screenshots via email per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
will have a response from swtor support in about 4 -5 hrs when they are online for the day if there is any account issue and they have your email

need your swtor account / displayname to check the account for issues
If this was on swtor.com ensure the transaction says closed on the swtor website , sometimes there can just be a delay applying to the account , in these cases it will sort itself out
If however the purchase was say via steam you need to email per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
When a swtor account is disabled for purchasing , codes will fail to apply and any purchase done via steam will not add gametime to the account- 2 years ago
