Password Reset - Email not sending

Hi I am having the same issue, ea isn't sending me the link for my password reset please help it's saying it's sent but my gmail isn't receiving anything

Try the following to see if it helps and then resend the email

1. Add no-reply@bioware.swtor.com to your safe-senders list.
2. Try entering a different email address. If you're using Gmail, you can use either googlemail.com or gmail.com as the same address, or you can add/remove dots:https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7436150?hl=en

In addition to what @Belgorad suggested, if you're not receiving any emails from SWTOR, you can try the Display Name Recovery option. If you enter your email address there and still get no emails, it's likely your account is not associated to the email address you think it is. You can always call in for more assistance if you want.
