Patch 5.0 - Invalid Digital Signature on "swtor.exe" from Norton

After updating to Patch 5.0 and trying to play the game, my Norton Security 22.8 pops up saying "Star Wars: The Old Republic does not have a valid digital signature".  Then, if the Norton countdown timer expires, there are no servers to select from in the game menu.  I also don't believe Norton's File Analysis claim that "Fewer than 5 people" in the community have used this file.  I am playing the game on Windows 10 - 14393.447.

If one selects "Always allow" in the Norton popup, then my Virtual Character is displayed and I can play the game.
