Payment Failure for Subscription Purchase

Hello.

I have the same issue. I've tried to do it multiple times for the last few years and every time got a rejection. 

Once contacted with support I was told that my account is attached to some EA Origin account and that's why it gets blocked every time. They told me to detach my account from Origin and that should do the trick. However, I have NEVER CRATED any Origin account and therefore do not know login and password from it to do that. 

Now I cannot contact support because I am not a subscriber, and without their help I cannot do anything either.

Maybe smn knows what to do in this case?
