Prefered Status not showing on account after bought cartel coins?

So i bought some cartel coins the other day on my account, and this is supposed to give me prefered player status? I received an emails saying my account was upgraded to prefered player status? W...

Logout of the game

Delete the file diskcachearena

it can be located @ C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\swtor

reload the game - file will be rebuilt (temp file) when you login
