EA QV TeamIf I understood this correctly, your SWTOR account is sent to RU, you're in Russia, and you're still receiving that IP Address error? Is your payment method also originating from Russia?
You probably need to give us a call so we can investigate. Account & Billing handles sensitive information, so it can only be done over the phone.
I do not know where this problem came from, since it has always been so for about 3 years. Can you give the correct number to call? (for Russia there is such an +7-city code / country-number)
