Cant reset password

Greetings ,

Trying to log back into SW:ToR after a long hiatus. I bought the collectors edition back when the game was released with the security key fob. I haven't logged in for quite a few years and had the itch to give it another try. I'll say 3 years give or take ? Had zero problems until now.

I still have my security key fob , and try to go thru the motions of resetting my password to no avail , been trying for 3 days. I get the email to change the password , click the link , type in new password and it brings up the same error every time posted below. I'm clicking the email within seconds of receiving it , not like I'm waiting for hours. Email usually comes withing minutes and I click it as soon as I get the email.
