Problem with the topical tasks

Hi, after the last patch there was a problem with my bounty hunter says that it is not passed 3 chapter although it was completed long ago . Quest also has not appeared. my friend the exact same problem with only 2 characters . What do we do with it ?

Surprisingly it appears the fix they applied below is bugged see here&nbsp;and here

Start @ 60 Characters that were incorrectly granted the Chapter 3 Legacy Unlock for that class (and the associated Legendary Status completion credit) have had it removed.
