I tried subscribing using paypal as the payment method, however after confirming the purchase, I didn't receive a receipt. Additionally, there's no transaction visible on my paypal account, and the subscription hasn't started.

The Linked EA account has been disabled
use this link to try and restore the account the email needed is a suomi24.fi email address (Swtor has a different address)
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.
given this is a f2p account , if no access to the email it may be easier to create a new swtor account , or call swtor support when the lines are open
