Problems logging into my old account

I am thinking of coming back to play SWTOR. However, I had an authenticator on my account. Went through the one time code to remove the authenticator. When I log in now I get a "
Login failed due to invalid captcha." Tried to find the voice number for customer service. Stopped doing voice. Ok how do you get a hold of C/S. The best way is in the game that I can't log into. So read further told me to come here. All I want is to login to my old account. A nice streamlinded C/S would be nice.
