For both you need to be eligible for the Daily reward, so you would have to activate all FPs for the GF and you can only do one Mission a day to Darth Hexid. on one Toon.
So what? Need to get 50/60 or 70 (max) lv to get daily?
Normally not it should be all available FPS/ Uprisings.
open the GF and try if you can activate more Missions.
If not an mail to support@swtor.com detailing the situation should help.
Edit: To Check if you are eligible open the GF,, there open the Filter on the right bottom side should it say: Daily reward available.
