Purchase history help Join the fight bundle

Hi there, how are you? hope all is well with you. I was just wondering why is it in my payment history is blank for the Join the fight bundle? Could you please email the digital receipt to my email as I would like to see the items included in this bundle.

Also, could I ask why I charged 10 dollars more for this bundle as it said it was 39.99, but was actually chargd 49.95 AUD.
