@I_are_Simplex Hey there! When claiming the item from the Cartel Market after purchase, did you check your inventory? The appearance customization unlock would've shown up in your inventory like other unlocks, and you'll have to right click the item to unlock it for your account.

I looked in all of my characters inventories, when i go to the appearance stations the options appear but cost another 200 each
