Purchased cargo hold access. Cannot access cargo hold.

So, I just spent the $ for cargo hold access, but I'm still not able to. In fact, I may have mistakenly purchased it twice because I was under the impression that I did something wrong with the first purchase, since I didn't have access. Is there any slight possibility that I can access the features that I paid for? My character is free-to-play, level 25 Jedi Guardian, if that matters. Haven't gotten my ship yet, but I am attempting to access cargo at fleet.

    You will have to claim the Item from the Cartel Market and then use the Item in your Invetory.

    You don't need a ship to access it's cargo hold any more. As soon as you hit level 10, you can access the cargo hold on the fleet or, if you have a stonghold with a cargo hold, then even from level 1.
