You have another EA/Origin account that uses the Persona likeaboss2214 , you need to login to that account and reset the password, once that is done try a different web browser and/or use incognito mode in case of a cache issue for swtor purchasing
CS are also refunding the purchase you made , so once the purchasing is enabled the sub can be purchased again
