Quickbar purchase

So I'm new to the game and when I saw that my quickbar had filled up (with skills I want) but I had other skills I wanted as well I remembered seeing someone that had 2 quickbars. So I was clicking around the quickbar and then I saw the unlock additional quickbar option. After a bit of faffing about I bought it but when I got in game I found the Hi editor and the enhanced and all those different pre sets for the UI. If more quickbars were already available then what did I buy? Even more quickbar? I tried using the enhanced setup but I don't like it. Is there anyway of me having the default setup but with an additional quickbar on top of the original. Also, what shall I do about my other bought quickbars? Is that just wasted cartel coins or what?
